Junior Mechanical Engineer
Your new company Your new company has over 30 years' industry experience providing expert building services solutions to range of clients and sectors including, education, commercial, life-sciences and pharma. Services include: Design and installation of fume extract systems, Supply, design and installation of laboratory furniture, Fume cupboard design, supply and installation, Design and installation of LEV systems, and the Testing and commissioning of building services. They are a friendly and welcoming company based in an historic building in Bolton town centre close to public transport hubs, supermarkets and motorway access. Your new role Your new role will see you working as a Junior Mechanical Engineer across the sectors mentioned above completing technical designs using design software and attending meeting with colleagues to discuss design solutions and working across conceptual and detailed designs. What you'll need to succeed To succeed in this role you will have a minimum of 1.5 years' UK industry building services experience with a mechanical bias. You will be a confident user of design software and have a keen interest in building services. Associate Director Electrical - Manchester - Property Consultancy to £65,000 + c.20% Bonus + Package. Your new role This is an extremely varied and diverse project-led design focused role, assisting the Director & Engineers, producing designs and strategies for the most energy efficient, coordinated and integrated layout of electrical lighting systems, power distribution, fire alarm systems, access control, external lighting systems and other electrical applications using AutoCAD, Electrical Design software applications and Microsoft Office. Electrical Building Services Engineer
Your new company A long established M&E Building Services Consultancy with offices located across UK&I are currently recruiting Electrical Engineers to join their team. This practice inherits a comprehensive project portfolio of landmark projects within the Education, Healthcare, Retail, Commercial and Leisure sectors focussing on project management, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering and sustainable design. Your new role You will carry out design of electrical installations, producing briefs, specifications, design drawings, survey work & cost estimates. Liaise with clients and other design disciplines and attend design teams/site meetings. What you'll need to succeed These roles are open to Intermediate and Senior Electrical Engineers who have excellent communication skills and good knowledge of the building services industry. You must be IT literate in all Microsoft & CAD systems and be comfortable dealing with clients, architects and other related groups. Key Criteria: 3+ years' experience in Electrical Building Services HNC/HND or Degree educated in building services, electrical engineering, or similar / related discipline.
